Silent Auction has several Tom Spence Titles

What do a family care center and a western Oklahoma author have in common?

Books!

Tonight is the Western Oklahoma Family Care Center Annual Fundraiser at the Civic Center in Elk City, Oklahoma and the silent auction begins at 6:00 p.m.  There will be several books authored by Tom Spence available to the highest bidder.

But I can just one-click on Amazon if I want a book, why should I go to this dinner?  Because all proceeds go to support the Western Oklahoma Family Care Center.  This is a small place that does great things for the least of these brothers and sisters among us.

Come buy a book.  Pay a little more than you would on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.  Get it signed by Tom.  Know that you helped others a little less fortunate who live nearby.

More about the WOFCC.

I can’t make it, but I would like to donate.  Follow this link…

Anything else that I can do to help?  If you use Amazon, then choose the WOFCC on Amazon Smile.

Does the fundraiser banquet have a theme?  Yes, this year it is Unsung Heroes.

Admission is $30 at the door.  Come and enjoy and perhaps take home a book by Tom Spence.
